Summary: We visited New River Gorge for a few days. Oak Hill was the perfect place to stay to visit Canyon Rim Vistitor Center and hike Long Point The Endless Wall Trails and drive down Fayette Station Road to the bottom on the bridge. We also went whitewater rafting at ACE Adveture Resort which was aboit a 14 minute drive away. On on drive to Oak Hill, we stopped at Standstone Falls and Grandview. The house is gorgeous. I felt like I was staying in Joanna Gaines' Hearth & Hand aisle at Target! Added bonus was a neighborhood dog nicknamed "the mayor" who would come see us and my teens loved it!

Summary: The inside of the house was very nice. The outside could use some landscaping. Barking dogs affected sleep, although the house provided earplugs and white noise machines. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us.

Summary: Had a great stay here! The house is very nice. The large fenced-in yard was perfect for one of our two dogs. The red tick beagle would have been able to jump the fence in the back so we kept him on a leash. The owner provided a lot of great information about the area. We hiked several trails in the New River Gorge and enjoyed going to the local coffee shops and restaurants.

Summary: Quiet neighborhood conveniently located to New River Gorge National Park and some great mountain biking trails. Enjoyed the small town of Fayetteville. Comfortable beds and a big yard which is nice for people staying with dogs. The dog blanket for the couch and biscuits were a nice touch. This house works very well for my family.

Summary: The house was very neat and clean upon arrival. The property owner was quick to respond to inquiries and the guide that she provided was spot on relative to activities and food. The convenience of the location being near Ace Adventure (hiking and white water rafting) was a big bonus. The trip to Fayetteville was convenient and easy access to all trails! I took my two teenagers; and we all survived - great location with great outdoor activities! Hope to return next year!

Summary: The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect location to New River Gorge and all the things we wanted to do in the area (roughly 10-15min). Our host was very responsive and gave great suggestions for local places to eat and things to do that weren’t originally on our list.
